<p>Labcorp is seeking a Senior Developer, HR AI technology to join our team at Bengaluru city, Karnataka state.</p><p></p><p>Labcorp is seeking a remote based to join our Team!”</p><p></p><p>Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India)</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>AI Solution Implementation & Delivery</b><ul><li>Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases (e.g., talent acquisition, employee experience & engagement, workforce analytics, learning & development, people operations, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.</li><li>Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies.</li><li>Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows, including observability and debugging tools for LLM applications</li><li>Build backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and React as needed for AI-enabled applications.</li></ul></li><li><b>Collaboration, Requirements Translation, & Execution</b><ul><li>Identify and prioritize use cases that align with business goals for AI-driven transformation.</li><li>Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into build-ready specifications, use case definitions, and technical designs into working solutions.</li><li>Document technical designs, implementation details, code, configuration, and integration patterns for operational support and organizational knowledge sharing.</li></ul></li><li><b>Model & System Operations</b><ul><li>Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias. This role is execution-focused, reporting into the Director of HR AI Solutions & Architecture who owns strategy, architectural direction, and the HR AI roadmap. You will build applications, integrations, workflows, and RAG-based systems using IBM watsonx and modern AI/ML frameworks.
