This role requires solid organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The EA will manage executive schedules, including booking in-person and Zoom meetings with internal or external attendees, and serve as a key point of coordination while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.<br /> <br /> Key responsibilities include:<br /> <br /> • Providing comprehensive calendar management across time zones.<br /> <br /> • Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries.<br /> <br /> • Preparing daily briefings and coordinating executive briefing logistics at vendor facilities.<br /> <br /> • Organizing large events in partnership with security, facility, and catering teams.<br /> <br /> • Handling expense reports, invoices, and various administrative projects as needed.<br /> <br /> Basic Qualifications:<br /> <br /> • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.<br /> <br /> • Solid organizational and planning skills.<br /> <br /> • Exemplary time management skills and the ability to proficiently prioritize tasks.<br /> <br /> • Solid verbal and written communication skills.<br /> <br /> Additional Qualifications:<br /> <br /> • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.<br /> <br /> • Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.<br /> <br /> • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.<br /> <br /> • Experience in meeting support, including agenda creation, minute taking, and action item tracking.<br /> <br /> Paramount Streaming, a division within Paramount Global, is the home to the company's direct-to-consumer services spanning free and paid in the form of Pluto TV and Paramount+.
