A Day in the Life of a Fulfillment Expert

Your shift will be highly dynamic and physically active. You will navigate an expansive, climate-controlled environment where human ingenuity meets artificial intelligence. Our associates work in harmony with Amazon Robotics—sophisticated drive units that glide across the facility floor, bringing massive pods of inventory directly to your ergonomic workstation.

  • Precision Order Picking: You will utilize state-of-the-art handheld scanning technology to identify, verify, and select exact items from robotic shelving units, ensuring perfect order accuracy.
  • Strategic Packing: Once items are picked, you will transition to packing. This involves selecting the optimal box size, applying protective dunnage, securely taping the package, and affixing the final shipping label.
  • Continuous Quality Assurance: At every touchpoint, you act as the final set of eyes, identifying damaged packaging or mislabeled items before they ever leave the facility.

What You Need to Succeed
