You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>A Day in the Life</b></h1>The Market Development Specialist & Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, accelerating the adoption of Medtronic Endoscopy solutions, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, particularly within gastroenterology, digestive endoscopy, and minimally invasive surgery.<br>This role combines market development responsibilities with direct commercial ownership, acting as a bridge between strategy, clinical education, and sales execution.<br>The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and consultative selling skills to drive the adoption of innovative technologies and generate sustainable business growth.<br><br>Within the Medical Surgical group, you will report to the Endoscopy operating unit, which notably offers a range of endoscopy products for therapeutic and diagnostic digestive endoscopy. You will be part of the Eastern regional team. Your portfolio includes innovative products for the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment of hepatology and gastroenterology, covering both capital equipment and consumables.
