This is a hands-on operational role focused on: overseeing accounting operations, developing automation and optimization measures for accounting firms, and implementing defined improvements.</p><p>You will work closely with the founding team and investors to help build a scalable accounting services platform based on standardized processes, modern technology, and operational excellence.</p><p>Your mission will be to transform traditional accounting offices into efficient, technologically advanced organizations capable of scaling their client base while maintaining high service quality.</p><p></p><h3>Your responsibilities </h3><p>As an Accountant, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Participating in the evaluation of accounting offices prior to acquisition (processes, organization, service quality),</p></li><li><p>Analyzing accounting and payroll processes and identifying operational risks,</p></li><li><p>Assessing accounting tools and systems used by firms (including Comarch Optima and SaldeoSMART),</p></li><li><p>Preparing recommendations and operational improvement plans for post-acquisition integration,</p></li><li><p>Implementing operational standards in acquired accounting offices,</p></li><li><p>Standardizing accounting processes, document workflows, and quality control processes,</p></li><li><p>Introducing process improvements and automation initiatives,</p></li><li><p>Training teams and supporting the rollout of new operational standards,</p></li><li><p>Monitoring operational efficiency and service quality,</p></li><li><p>In the long term – managing accounting office operations across the group.</p><p></p></li></ul><h3>Must have </h3><ul><li><p>At least 3 years of experience working in an accounting office or accounting department,</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as Comarch Optima and/or SaldeoSMART,</p></li><li><p>Experience working with accounting or payroll processes,</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure operational processes,</p></li><li><p>Interest in automation and technology in accounting operations,</p></li><li><p>High level of accountability and sense of ownership,</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams,</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow in a dynamic environment,</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Polish at C1 level or higher (spoken and written).</p><p></p></li></ul><h3>Nice to have </h3><ul><li><p>Experience with document workflow or accounting automation tools,</p></li><li><p>Experience running your own accounting office,</p></li><li><p>Experience implementing operational improvements in accounting teams,</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating or mentoring accounting staff,</p></li><li><p>Interest in technology tools and their implementation in the accounting industry and process optimization.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li><p>Key role in building a modern accounting firm group,</p></li><li><p>Real influence over operational standards and process improvements,</p></li><li><p>Fast development path toward the Managing Director role,</p></li><li><p>High autonomy and ownership in the role,</p></li><li><p>Remuneration: from PLN 12 000 – 18 000 net B2B + VAT,</p></li><li><p>Performance-based bonus,</p></li><li><p>Flexible cooperation model (B2B or employment contract),</p></li><li><p>Remote or hybrid work.</p><p></p></li></ul><p><a href="https://red-sky.com/careers/">Red Sky</a> is conducting this recruitment process.
