🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of event ticketing using digital platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, Google Forms).

  • Create and distribute digital event invitations, registration links, and confirmations.

  • Track RSVPs and maintain an accurate database of attendees.

  • Handle attendee communications, follow-ups, and last-minute changes professionally.

  • Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure accurate event data and ticket allocations.

  • Monitor ticket sales and provide regular reports on registration and attendance.

  • Respond promptly to ticketing inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
