Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Registration & Guest List Coordinator to manage attendee registration, confirmations, and list curation for various virtual events, including webinars, corporate trainings, and online summits. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who thrive in organized, high-energy environments and enjoy interacting with people virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online event registration platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, or proprietary software).

  • Create, maintain, and update guest lists based on RSVP data and event requirements.

  • Coordinate registration links, confirmations, reminders, and virtual access credentials for all attendees.

  • Respond promptly to attendee inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding registration status or technical issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the guest list aligns with event goals (e.g., target audience or capacity).

  • Generate attendance reports, follow-up communications, and feedback forms post-event.

  • Maintain data accuracy and privacy in line with company policies and data protection regulations.

  • Troubleshoot live registration or access issues during the event in collaboration with the technical support team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working with online tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Zoom, and event registration platforms.
