Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to join our remote team in the Telecom Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, review, and dispatch accurate invoices based on telecom service usage and client agreements.

  • Monitor account balances and coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.

  • Analyze billing data and reports to identify errors or inconsistencies and ensure timely correction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as customer service and sales to resolve billing-related queries.

  • Maintain records of billing transactions and customer payment history in billing software/CRM.

  • Process credit notes, adjustments, and reconciliations when required.

  • Stay updated with telecom billing policies, pricing plans, and customer contracts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in billing operations.

  • Generate monthly financial/billing reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor

  • s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and financial data.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations—preferably in the telecom or IT sector.

  • Experience with remote work tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours with a requirement to be available during core business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  • Monday to Friday work schedule; weekend work only if required during peak billing cycles.
