As a Product Manager, you will define the strategy for a product line within our product portfolio. You will understand our user's needs, identify opportunities and guide the creation of products that solve for our customers and achieve our wider business missions.

 

In your role you are part of the Product Leadership Team and will also work with Entain's Senior Product Leadership Team.

 

We're looking for Product Managers to contribute to the development of our global web tracking products and own end-to-end product delivery. You'll support a sub-domain, translating product vision into applicable roadmaps aligned with OKRs across multiple squads, while driving collaboration and influence across global teams and stakeholders.

 

The Web Tracking Domain , part of the Group Data Office under Enterprise Analytics, underpins compliant, high-quality behavioural data capture across all brands. You will support shaping the global web tracking strategy, orchestrate delivery across engineering, analytics, marketing, and compliance, and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure execution.

 

You will partner across teams to deliver complex, projects, such as re-platforming, consent changes, and major front-end releases, while safeguarding data quality and resolving issues. A necessary responsibility is translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders and executives, ensuring understanding, confidence, and informed decision-making.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop solutions that align with our business constraints
  • Contributing in-depth knowledge about our users and analyzing data on customer engagement will involve identifying areas of leverage to support Entain's broader goals.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of product owners will include guiding them through discovery, prioritization, and execution of product projects.
  • Collaborating with leaders from different departments, including design, technology, compliance, commercial, finance, and legal, is important for successful product development and launch.
  • Defining product requirements and features using Agile methodologies is part of the role.
  • Partnering with technology and design teams to deliver a top-notch product offering, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and delivery, is a key responsibility. Driving product metrics that showcase the impact on customers and the business is also part of the role.
  • Establish and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team is a priority.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience with web tracking architectures , including data layers, event schemas, tagging frameworks, and tracking specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch,) and the ability to guide implementation best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, GA4,) and the ability to guide implementation best practices.
  • Experience with marketing campaign platforms (e.g., tracking links, attribution tools, media platforms) and how they integrate with web analytics for performance measurement.
  • 3+ years of experience first-party data collection , cookie behaviour, consent frameworks, and privacy/compliance requirements across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, SPA frameworks, browser restrictions such as ITP/ETP) and how they impact tracking design.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale tracking implementations during front-end migrations, redesigns, re-platforming, and multi-brand rollouts.
  • Diagnose and direct resolution of data quality issues , broken events, schema mismatches, and inconsistencies across brands or markets.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, applicable guidance for product managers, marketing teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of analytics use cases —including attribution, personalisation, experimentation, and funnel optimisation—to ensure tracking supports value.
  • 3+ years of experience governing tracking standards and documentation , ensuring consistency and reducing tech debt across global teams.
  • Experience digging into customer feedback, following up to further define issues to coordinate across engineering, analytics, product, marketing, compliance, and vendor teams.

 

 

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
  • Stay up to date with industry trends of business - engineering, design, finance, and marketing.
  • Experience launching and managing products from concept to market.
  • Experience with the ecommerce landscape, including knowledge of regulations and compliance considerations when building great customer experiences.
  • Experience leading and developing empowered product teams.
  • Use to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences – ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
