Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring initiatives in the fast-paced technology sector. This remote role is perfect for individuals who excel at communication, organization, and sourcing top-tier candidates through online platforms. You will be working closely with HR managers, hiring teams, and candidates to streamline the recruitment pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.

  • Use online job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to proactively source qualified candidates.

  • Screen resumes and applications to match role requirements and shortlist top applicants.

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews between hiring managers and candidates.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data and communication records.

  • Support HR staff with recruitment reports, status updates, and analytics.

  • Ensure all candidate touchpoints are professional and timely, creating a positive candidate experience.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices in the tech domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zoho Recruit).

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.

  • Previous experience hiring for tech roles (IT, software development, cybersecurity, etc.) is highly desirable.

  • Freshers with internship experience and a strong interest in HR may also apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours based on your time zone and project needs.

  • Availability during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) is preferred for collaboration.

  • Both part-time (min. 20 hours/week) and full-time (40 hours/week) positions available.
