Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Virtual Real Estate Lister (Freelance) to support our growing network of real estate clients by listing residential and commercial properties across various digital platforms. This remote role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate, digital marketing, and freelance flexibility. You will play a crucial part in helping buyers and renters discover available properties by ensuring listings are compelling, accurate, and widely distributed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and gather detailed information and images for new real estate listings.

  • Create, edit, and publish property listings on real estate websites, portals, and social media channels.

  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized descriptions that highlight each propertys unique selling points.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all listings across platforms.

  • Communicate with real estate agents and property owners to confirm property details.

  • Track listing performance and optimize based on engagement metrics.

  • Maintain an organized database of active, pending, and removed listings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Strong understanding of real estate listing platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.).

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO basics.

  • Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, digital content creation, or online listings preferred.
