Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and proactive Virtual Nonprofit Fundraiser to support global and local NGO initiatives. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to social impact projects by raising essential funds through digital platforms, donor outreach, and community engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute online fundraising campaigns across email, social media, crowdfunding platforms, and donor databases.

  • Research, identify, and approach potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, stakeholders, and philanthropic partners.

  • Create persuasive fundraising content such as proposals, newsletters, appeal letters, and social media posts.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and donor engagement analytics.

  • Collaborate with the communications and programs team to align messaging with campaign goals.

  • Organize and host virtual fundraising events, webinars, and community drives.

  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficiency with online tools such as Google Workspace, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and fundraising sites (GoFundMe, GlobalGiving, etc.).

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple fundraising initiatives.

  • Empathy-driven with a commitment to social causes and nonprofit missions.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, nonprofit outreach, or donor engagement is preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for nonprofit work are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule with availability for donor meetings and team check-ins.

  • Minimum 15–20 hours per week for part-time roles.

  • Full-time roles require 35–40 hours per week.

  • Evening or weekend availability may be required during major campaigns or events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor lifecycles.

  • Understanding of nonprofit sector dynamics and ethical fundraising practices.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus (Canva, Adobe Express).

  • Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a virtual, collaborative environment.
