MNC Jobs Info is seeking a passionate and organized Virtual Nonprofit Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and manage engaging social impact events for nonprofit and charitable initiatives. In this remote role, you will work with mission-driven organizations to execute online fundraising campaigns, awareness webinars, virtual conferences, and community engagement activities that make a real difference in peoples lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize virtual nonprofit events including webinars, charity fundraisers, awareness campaigns, and community discussions.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, nonprofit leaders, speakers, and sponsors to execute events from concept to completion.

  • Create event timelines, promotional materials, and registration workflows.

  • Manage event logistics using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Hopin, or Eventbrite.

  • Engage attendees pre- and post-event via email campaigns, feedback surveys, and social media.

  • Monitor event metrics and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay updated on best practices in virtual event planning and nonprofit engagement.

  • Support in grant application presentations, donor relations, and storytelling efforts for events, as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Studies, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in organizing events on virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana.

Experience

  • Prior experience in event coordination, nonprofit volunteering, or public relations is preferred but not mandatory.
