<div><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/><strong>Essential Functions</strong><strong>:</strong><br/><br/><strong>PRIMARY</strong><br/><ol><li>Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Asking patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses in order to provide guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. </li></ol><ol><li>Deliver excellent patient care through virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and reliably accurate information.</li><li>Conduct a virtual skin evaluation to assess the overall health and condition of a patient's skin.</li><li>Perform focused virtual examinations to diagnose and monitor specific skin conditions.</li><li>Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, fungal infections, and dermatitis etc within telehealth dermatology scope of practice.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including skin biopsies, patch tests, and cultures. </li><li>Prescribe medications such as topical creams, biologics, oral antibiotics, antifungal within telehealth prescribing practice.</li><li>Collaborate with in-person dermatologists to plan and implement treatment, which may include surgery, radiation therapy, or referrals to oncology specialists.</li><li>Educate patients on proper skincare routines, sun protection, and lifestyle modifications.</li><li>Counsel patients on the importance of early detection and prevention of skin cancer.</li><li>Provide guidance on self-examination for suspicious moles or lesions.</li></ol><ol><li>Prescribe and manage medications.</li><li>Monitor patients for medication side effects and treatment response.</li><li>Manage chronic dermatological conditions, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa etc</li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and surgeries.</li><li>Ability to provide quality care in telehealth and meet patient volume goals targeted. </li><li>Actively engages with clinical leadership, elevating to management where appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns to ensure adherence to our company values.</li><li> Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis. As well as build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.</li><li>Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians.</li></ol><ol><li>Ensure that the activities of the Provider are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations and are in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual </li><li>Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow up.</li><li>Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.</li><li>Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. </li><li>Attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training.</li><li>Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols. </li><li>Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training in order to meet and exceed our continued quality of care.</li><li>Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.</li><li>Recommends ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership as appropriate to improve overall patient experience and care.</li><li>Communicates regularly within team in all manners necessary to support excellent patient care.</li><li>The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.</li><li>The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers.</li></ol><br/><br/><strong>Non-Essential Functions</strong><strong>:</strong><br/><ol><li>Assist throughout clinic as part of the overall team by answering the phone, completing referrals, patient callbacks and other activities in a friendly and professional manner.</li></ol><br/><br/><strong>Experience Requirements and Preferences</strong><br/><br/><strong> Education: </strong><br/><ul><li>Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)</li></ul><br/> <strong>Experience:</strong><br/><ul><li>Over 1 year of experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in a medical dermatology under the guidance of a dermatologist</li><li>Experience as a provider in a relevant practice utilizing a Virtual Medicine platform to care for patients preferred</li></ul><br/> <strong>Current License or Certification:</strong>License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency within state of practice and state of residence, as required; Providers must be able to treat all ages and must meet credentialing requirements; and DOT certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment.<br/> <br/><strong>Education Requirements</strong><br/><br/>Masters Degree <br/>
