Virtual Assistant – Handle Calls, Emails, Simple Tasks

Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing emails, and performing a variety of simple but essential tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This is a remote role suitable for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and route them appropriately

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails professionally

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send reminders

  • Perform data entry, file organization, and online research

  • Draft and format simple documents or reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide support as needed

  • Assist in social media posting or basic customer follow-ups

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

  • Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience:

Working Hours:
