Virtual Admin Intern – Excel & Reporting Tasks

Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Admin Intern to support our internal operations through data management, reporting, and administrative assistance. This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals who are eager to gain practical experience in business operations, reporting tools, and virtual office systems. You will play a key role in maintaining Excel reports, generating performance dashboards, and supporting the team with day-to-day administrative functions from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and organize spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and clients.

  • Track data accuracy, flag discrepancies, and follow up on missing information.

  • Perform online research and data entry tasks to support administrative processes.

  • Support virtual coordination efforts between departments via email and chat tools.

  • Help schedule meetings, organize digital files, and keep documentation up-to-date.

  • Create simple charts, graphs, and presentations based on assigned data sets.

  • Participate in regular team check-ins to report progress and receive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, tables) or Google Sheets.
