Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Admin Executive to join our growing remote team. This is a home-based role designed for individuals who can efficiently manage administrative duties, communication tasks, and digital file organization from a virtual setting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment and can provide professional administrative support without daily supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and handling emails.

  • Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access and sharing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients via phone, email, or online platforms.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

  • Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks or deliverables.

  • Assist in onboarding new remote team members by providing documentation and support.

  • Use collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
