Job Overview

A reputed restaurant in Bangalore is urgently hiring an experienced Cook specializing in Tamil or Andhra style cuisine. The ideal candidate should be skilled in authentic South Indian meals including sambhar, rasam, poriyal, non-veg curries, and biryani. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily meals in authentic Tamil or Andhra style

  • Cook veg and non-veg dishes, chutneys, rice items, and snacks

  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

  • Monitor kitchen stock and assist with ordering supplies

  • Work closely with kitchen staff and servers

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in Tamil Nadu or Andhra-style kitchens

  • Knowledge of traditional spice usage and preparation methods
