Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking dynamic and articulate individuals for the role of Telecaller – Work From Home. As a telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with customers over the phone in Hindi and/or English, addressing queries, promoting our services, and maintaining a positive relationship with our client base. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, customer-oriented, and looking for a flexible, remote work opportunity with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote services or gather feedback.

  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in CRM software.

  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures set by the company.

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic tone throughout all customer interactions.

  • Keep updated on product knowledge and company offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during tough interactions.

  • Familiarity with call center operations or customer service is preferred.

  • A good listener with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary); graduates are welcome.

Experience

  • Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome.

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options available (Part-time or Full-time).

  • Typical shift timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) – Monday to Saturday.

  • Sunday fixed off.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
