With a strong focus on Marketing Technology, Loyalty, and customer engagement, they are investing in enterprise-scale technology initiatives that shape how millions of guests interact with their brand every day.<br><br>We are partnering with our client to identify an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs supporting their Marketing and Loyalty organizations. This individual will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple engineering and business workstreams in a fast-paced, enterprise retail environment.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader who excels in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments, can effectively balance competing priorities, and communicates clearly with both technical teams and executive leadership.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and business teams.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other business stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.</li><li>Facilitate program governance, including executive status reporting and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to establish roadmaps, delivery strategies, and implementation plans.</li><li>Track program health, delivery metrics, and key milestones.</li><li>Promote program management best practices and continuous process improvement.<br><br></li></ul>The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical program delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on program execution. Strong problem-solving, risk management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives.</li><li>Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or digital product initiatives.</li><li>Retail or consumer-facing technology experience.</li><li>Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.</li><li>Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across organizations.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools.</li><li>Experience working within large enterprise organizations.</li><li>Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple systems and cross-functional teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
