<p>Team Assistant – Real Estate MayfairOngoing temporary £22 - £26p/h We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support the Head of Facilities and their direct reports within a busy, social and dynamic Real Estate team within a boutique investment bank. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the function and requires someone who is detail-oriented, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. The successful Team Assistant will have previous experience in an admin support role, preferably from a property/real estate background, or in financial services. Some hybrid working is available. Hours 9am – 5pm.   What you’ll do: Providing dedicated administrative support to the Head of Facilities and their direct reports Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars across multiple stakeholders Organising internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting materials and arranging logistics Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries Assisting with preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and documents Processing expenses, invoices and purchase orders where required Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers and service providers Supporting team projects and helping to ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met Maintaining organised records, documentation and internal systems   What you’ll need: Previous experience as a Team Assistant, ideally within financial services, real estate, property or corporate environments Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders Professional, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment REF: AJL166932</p>
