We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing - to join our team. This role location is Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office expectation).

Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise and judgement in providing quality, complex client service and support to internal and external clients daily, including phone interaction, problem resolution, transaction processing (STP and manual), reconciliations, accounting services, and timely updates to client accounts.
  • Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including independent analysis and policy interpretation, and manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executing all correspondent requisites accurately and timely, with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Maintain correspondent accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.

Requirements

  • High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
