Social Media Manager

Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager who combines creative instinct with commercial impact.

This is not a maintenance role, we need someone who can own, build, and accelerate our presence across platforms. You will be responsible for the performance and growth of our social channels, leading everything from strategy and content creation to influencer partnerships and creative testing. You’ll play a key role in developing both organic and paid social content, ensuring everything we produce is not only on-brand, but delivers measurable results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership & Growth

  • Own the performance and growth of our social media channels
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class social strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Drive measurable growth across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Contribute to driving qualified traffic, engagement, and brand demand through social
Content Creation & Creative Direction
  • Create high-quality, visually compelling content across organic and paid channels
  • Concept, shoot, and edit content (photo and video), with a strong focus on short-form video
  • Build scalable content formats and frameworks to maximise output and efficiency
  • Ensure a consistent, premium visual identity and brand voice across all platforms
  • Produce content designed to capture attention in the first seconds and drive engagement
Paid Social Creative & Testing
  • Develop and iterate paid social creative in collaboration with performance marketing teams
  • Generate and test multiple creative variations (hooks, formats, messaging) on an ongoing basis
  • Use performance data to inform and refine creative decisions
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
  • Own and scale our influencer and creator strategy
  • Identify, brief, and manage creators to deliver high-performing content
  • Ensure influencer content can be leveraged across both organic and paid campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand
Performance & Optimisation
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on content and channel performance
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Set and track KPIs across engagement, growth, and content performance
  • Work closely with performance and commercial teams to align content with campaigns and seasonality
Community & Brand Building
  • Build and nurture an engaged, high-quality audience
  • Manage community interactions in line with brand tone and positioning
  • Maintain a distinctive, premium presence across all channels

KEY INFORMATION
  • Starting date: as soon as possible 
  • Permanent contract (indefinite Spanish contract)
  • Full-time position: 40-hours / week
  • There will be occasional travel to our destinations
  • Hybrid position: we have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office two days per week - the rest of the time, it's up to you

ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (ideally within luxury, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands)
  • Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and delivering measurable growth (please include examples or metrics)
  • Strong experience creating content for both organic and paid social campaigns
  • Experience working closely with performance marketing teams on paid social creative
  • Strong experience in influencer and creator marketing
  • Deep understanding of short-form video and platform-native content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Equally comfortable developing creative concepts and analysing performance data
  • Ability to produce, test, and iterate content at pace without compromising quality
  • Strong visual taste and understanding of luxury brand positioning
