Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations

Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs

Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows

Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub

Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other ServiceNow modules as required)

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines

Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization

Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development

Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation

Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)

Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred)

Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations
