Partnering closely with executive leaders, hiring managers, and TA Advisors, you will shape and maintain a strong, future-focused talent pipeline.</p><p></p><p>Managing a diverse portfolio of engineering, technology, and leadership searches, you will leverage CRM data and market insights to influence stakeholders and refine search strategies.
