Built on ServiceNow, Tenon provides a single solution for marketing teams to execute campaigns, projects, emails, and SMS with speed and at scale. </p> <p>Designed by marketers for marketers, Tenon delivers marketing solutions in a single enterprise platform already used by IT, HR, Finance, and Customer Service so your company can collaborate and get work done like never before.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Developing, installing, and troubleshooting scoped ServiceNow applications</li> <li>Assisting in maintaining detailed documentation of application design, logic and code to train other developers on the application</li> <li>Working on the creation of workflows from scratch and customizing the existing workflows and workflow activities based on the business requirements</li> <li>Creating and maintaining inbound actions, custom reports, scheduled reports, and dashboards</li> <li>Developing import sets, data sources, transform maps for data loads and management.</li> <li>Creating and using update sets, Remote Instance, and Team Dashboard to move customizations between ServiceNow instances</li> <li>Performing code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security</li> <li>Partnering directly with customers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations</li> <li>Leading or supporting customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations</li> <li>Troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with customers and providing clear, timely communication throughout resolution</li> <li>Serving as a trusted technical advisor during implementations and post-go-live support</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years - Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or related</li> <li>Must be fluent with JavaScript, React, and GlideRecord</li> <li>Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation consultant, solutions engineer, technical consultant, or professional services</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Proven track record of managing customer expectations, driving adoption, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes</li> <li>Must have working knowledge in creation/updating of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Ajax, Script Includes, JSON, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Access Control Lists</li> <li>Experience in implementation and enhancement of modules like Event Trigger, Email notifications, Email Templates, Dictionary Overrides, Reference Qualifiers, Flows, Flow Actions, Database Views, Dictionary Attributes, and Views</li> <li>Experience with Now Experience UI Framework is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in setup of ServiceNow integrations with SOAP, REST, LDAP, SSO, email, or PowerShell.</li> <li>Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM solutions is a plus.</li> <li>Experience operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong Indianapolis preference</li> <li>Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills.</li> <li>Experience in B2B SaaS is ideal.</li> <li>ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD certifications are a plus.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We Value:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Aim Higher: If something we’re working on seems out of reach, it means we are on the right track.
