As Senior Marketing Project

Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the successful delivery of PokerStars’ Southern Europe (SEU) Marketing strategy. Reporting into the SEU Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for designing and embedding a robust Operating Model and agile project management framework that brings clarity, structure, and pace to how we deliver our marketing initiatives. Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and other core teams, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and within an efficient yet flexible planning framework.

You’ll champion best-practice project management, continuously improving ways of working and identifying smarter, faster approaches to delivery. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, stakeholder management, and the confidence to challenge timelines, resources, and priorities where needed. You’ll also have line management responsibility for the SEU Marketing Operations Manager and work closely with teams across the PokerStars Network, Sisal, and the wider Flutter Group to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution.
