Senior Product Specialist – Cooling Sector The team you will be a part of

You will be part of the Product Management Team in Spain , working closely with the Marketing Director, Sales teams, and regional stakeholders to drive product strategy, competitiveness, and market share growth within the MDA category.

This role in summary

As a Product Specialist, you will support the definition and execution of product strategies for a key MDA category, ensuring competitive positioning, successful product launches, and achievement of business and market share objectives in Spain.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market share targets
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing, product features, and positioning benchmarks
  • Monitor market trends through GfK reports, e-commerce analysis, and retail research (online and in-store)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director, Sales, and regional teams to optimize product range and profitability
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), including setup, launch coordination, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure all products comply with legal and regulatory requirements (CE marking, safety standards, documentation)
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, training materials, and sales support documentation
  • Manage product data and updates across internal systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter) and support cross-functional communication
Minimum requirements
  • Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred skills and experiences
  • Experience in the Home Appliances (MDA) industry or similar sectors
  • Knowledge of SAP, GfK tools, or other market intelligence platforms
  • Understanding of product regulations (CE marking, safety standards, labeling requirements)
  • Experience in market research, segmentation, and pricing strategies
  • Basic project management knowledge and cross-functional collaboration experience
