Eligible locations: Remote Atlanta, GA Support Center (2 Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Ave SE Atlanta, GA) New York Support Center (225 Varick St. New York, NY) Job Summary The Integrations Senior Manager is accountable for managing the enterprise integrations functions across digital, data, and enterprise platforms. S/he will provide hands-on leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and reliable integrations solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business priorities. In addition, this role will establish and govern integrations standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the integrations landscape. The Integrations Senior Manager is a strong communicator at all levels, from executives to delivery teams, and is comfortable leading cross-functional and distributed teams of internal and third-party resources. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in integrations architecture and delivery, combined with strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise integrations ecosystem. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of integrations solutions across multiple programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards. Own and govern the full integrations delivery lifecycle including planning, solution design, development oversight, and production readiness. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to integrations teams, driving best practices across design, development, testing, and deployment. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient API first integrations architectures leveraging Boomi, AWS, and enterprise integrations technologies. Act as a subject matter expert on integrations design patterns, solutions and architecture, while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, proactive issue resolution, adoption of emerging capabilities, and ensuring robust observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting across all integrations solutions. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Degree Field (s): Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics Work Experience: 8-10 years Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years Related Experience: 10+ years of integrations development experience, including 8+ years with Boomi. Strong understanding of iPaaS, middleware, API management, and enterprise integrations architecture patterns. Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including connectors, Boomi Flow, and API Management. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for integrations deployments. Strong understanding of integrations security best practices including OAuth, SSL, and data encryption. Proven experience leading large-scale integrations initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Strong ability to mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Degree Field (s): Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics Work Experience: 10+ years Supervisory Experience: 4-6 years Related Experience: Experience with Boomi DataHub (MDM) and Boomi Event Streams. Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, and integrations protocols. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
