Troubleshoot issues with the product and infrastructure for our cloud-native architecture. ? Automate the building and deployment of products into the infrastructure. ? Automate the changes to infrastructure, and treat infrastructure as code. ? Create "self-service" tools for engineers, QA, and eventually other teams. ? Coach other team members through mentorship, sharing best practices, documenting changes, and training team members on new tools and automation. ? Collaborate across our engineering, product, QA, and design teams, to think strategically and analytically about how to improve the product, infrastructure, performance, technology, security, and how we build software at TurboTenant. To be successful in this role, you must: ? Have 4 years of DevOps engineering experience in a fast-moving team, maintaining and deploying highly available and fault-tolerant systems at scale. ? Be able to explain and communicate your work to non-technical team members at all levels of the organization ? Have experience creating full "hands off" automation solutions in common programming languages. Examples are Bash, NodeJS, or Python. ? Have experience with containerization, clustering, and various common ecosystem tools. ? Have experience using infrastructure-as-code tools to create full-stack deployments of infrastructure and the ability to automate an entire infrastructure using these tools. ? Have experience with implementation of CI/CD, particularly Jenkins, and the various tools required for building these processes (e.g. git) ? Have operational experience of relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Amazon Athena, etc ? Have experience in applying security best practices to both infrastructure design and while building, configuring and deploying code. ? Have experience with monitoring and alerting tools. ?
