Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed. </p> <h2>Position Description</h2> <p>We are looking to hire three (3) talented and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our global team, working remotely on a contract basis, and supporting varied enterprise client projects.  This position will initially support a cutting-edge technology client with their product build.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Design and govern scalable Salesforce architectures aligned to client business objectives </li> <li>Lead modernization and transformation initiatives including Lightning migration, automation refactoring, and legacy optimization </li> <li>Establish Apex enterprise design standards and automation architecture guardrails </li> <li>Design robust object models considering business processes, security models, reporting, and integrations </li> <li>Architect integration strategies using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and secure authentication models </li> <li>Provide architectural input across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform) and related ecosystem solutions </li> <li>Evaluate and incorporate emerging Salesforce capabilities such as AI-powered features, Data Cloud, and automation intelligence where appropriate </li> <li>Conduct architecture reviews and enforce development best practices </li> <li>Support estimation activities and provide architectural input into solution planning and delivery models </li> <li>Provide production readiness oversight, including deployment governance and risk mitigation </li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to align modernization strategy with long-term platform evolution </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Workplace:  </strong>Remote contract position based in the US.  Candidates must be flexible to work hours supporting clients in PST, EST, AND CST timezones.  </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Must Have Skills:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>8–12+ years Salesforce platform experience </li> <li>4+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role </li> <li>Strong expertise in Apex enterprise patterns and scalable automation design </li> <li>Deep understanding of object modeling, sharing models, security architecture, and integration patterns </li> <li>Experience operating in complex, highly customized Salesforce orgs </li> <li>Experience leading architectural decision-making across development teams </li> <li>Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills </li> <li>Ability to adapt architecture strategy across multiple Salesforce clouds and evolving platform capabilities </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud) </li> <li>Familiarity with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI use cases) </li> <li>Experience in integration-heavy enterprise ecosystems </li> <li>Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (CTA preferred but not required) </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills</li> <li>Strong team and individual player</li> <li>Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature</li> <li>High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results</li> <li>Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-CG1</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p> <p> </p>
