You will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and help design new, more efficient processes using UiPath platform capabilities.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will help secure the technical win and identify high-value uses of our technology across retail and manufacturing organizations by collaborating with and orchestrating the right resources throughout the customer lifecycle.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What you'll do at UiPath</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining a digital workforce with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be a thought leader on the best ways to advance the UiPath platform, develop marketplace offerings, and create industry-specific solution accelerators for Retail and Manufacturing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understand key Retail and Manufacturing challenges, industry headwinds, and the opportunities they create for businesses.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with the sales team to define account strategy, expand our solution footprint with customers, and identify desired business outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done today, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to support continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction.</p></li></ul><h1><strong>What you'll bring to the team</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related verticals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes, such as order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Curiosity to learn and master your craft.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coachable and willing to adapt in a changing environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or running automation programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Depending on experience demonstrated during the interview process, this role could be scaled to a Senior Sales Engineer role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Role is 100% remote, any location, does require 20-25% travel.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">#LI-KS6</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
