About the position

Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results. Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting. What you will need to be successful Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, or relevant experience in the elevator industry, property management, building services, or HVAC sales. Elevator Industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment. Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers. Candidate must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction. Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
