About the Opportunity

Heartline Staffing, in strategic partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is expanding our national recruiting team and seeking experienced Travel Nurse and Allied Healthcare Recruiters who already have an active candidate network, pipeline, or book of business.

This opportunity is designed for recruiters who understand the travel healthcare staffing industry and want the flexibility of a fully remote, performance-driven environment while partnering with an experienced leadership team.

This role is intended for professionals who already know how to successfully source, engage, submit, and place travel clinicians.

Recruiters who currently maintain relationships with Travel Nurses or Allied clinicians and can begin working an existing pipeline are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Currently recruit or have recently recruited Travel Nurses or Allied clinicians
  • Maintain an active pipeline or network of clinicians
  • Understand the travel healthcare submission and placement process
  • Have experience working with VMS/MSP platforms or direct facility relationships
  • Are comfortable working in a commission-based recruiting environment
  • Responsibilities
  • Source and engage Travel Nurses and Allied clinicians nationwide
  • Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through placement
  • Submit qualified clinicians to active travel assignments
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the placement process
  • Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and submissions

Compensation Structure

This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based compensation.

Recruiters manage their own recruiting tools, sourcing platforms, and workflow. Recruiters earn commission on successful candidate placements with uncapped earning potential.

  • 1–3+ years of recent Travel Nurse or Allied healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
