Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in navigating telehealth platforms and booking virtual consultations.
Provide real-time support during virtual appointments to resolve technical or scheduling issues.
Respond promptly to inquiries via chat, email, or phone regarding telehealth services.
Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
Coordinate follow-up appointments and send reminders to patients.
