MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Remote Telehealth Support Assistant to join our growing virtual healthcare support team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between patients and healthcare providers by facilitating smooth virtual consultations, addressing patient queries, and ensuring a high-quality digital healthcare experience. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and support teams to uphold the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in navigating telehealth platforms and booking virtual consultations.

  • Provide real-time support during virtual appointments to resolve technical or scheduling issues.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via chat, email, or phone regarding telehealth services.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR).

  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and send reminders to patients.

  • Escalate urgent medical issues to clinical staff as needed.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collect patient feedback to improve the telehealth experience.

  • Adhere strictly to data privacy and healthcare compliance protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).

  • Strong digital literacy and experience using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

  • Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and patient confidentiality.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or healthcare administration preferred.

Working Hours
