Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and facilitate virtual team-building events tailored to corporate clients goals and company culture.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their team dynamics, challenges, and desired outcomes.

  • Use digital tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, interactive apps, breakout rooms, etc.) to host engaging online activities.

  • Manage the logistics of each session, including participant communication, scheduling, and event flow.

  • Lead icebreakers, games, workshops, and collaborative challenges with energy and professionalism.

  • Ensure smooth execution of events by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining audience engagement.

  • Collect feedback and generate post-event reports for clients, suggesting future improvements or follow-up activities.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest virtual engagement trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read a virtual room and respond accordingly.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools and collaboration platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Miro, Kahoot!, etc.).

Experience

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with a focus on client time zones (mainly EST, PST, and GMT).

  • Events may occasionally be scheduled during evenings or weekends based on client needs.

  • Estimated weekly commitment: 15–30 hours, with potential for full-time engagement.
