They are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the systems, processes, data, and technology that drive the firm's marketing and business development efforts, optimizing technology and improving data-driven decision making. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of sales and marketing strategies within CRM and outbound marketing platforms to support revenue growth and lead generation efforts Manage the design, administration, and optimization of the firm's CRM system to ensure efficiency and scalability Direct the use and integration of marketing technology platforms across the department Lead firmwide adoption and optimization of sales and marketing technologies to improve operational effectiveness Evaluate existing technology solutions and recommend enhancements, additions, or replacements as needed Ensure the availability, accuracy, and accessibility of customer and prospect data across systems Establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, pipeline activity, and marketing effectiveness Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that support informed business decisions and strategic planning Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to leadership Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and implement scalable marketing processes and operational best practices Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, technology enhancements, and workflow optimization Develop training materials and documentation to support consistent adoption of marketing systems and processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen marketing and business development operations Manage and develop marketing team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning Prioritize departmental initiatives and resources to ensure high-quality execution Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members Promote innovation and operational excellence throughout the marketing function Partner with business development, industry, and service line leaders to support firm growth initiatives Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operational objectives Support strategic projects and firmwide initiatives that enhance business performance Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing technology, reporting, and operational strategy Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles Expert knowledge of HubSpot, including automation, sales tools, integrations, and reporting Experience managing CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and data governance initiatives Proven success leading teams and collaborating across departments Strong analytical, project management, and process improvement skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles HubSpot Academy Certifications and/or Google Analytics Certification Experience with Monday.com, Introhive, PostHog Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Apollo.io, WordPress, Typeform, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and related platforms Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization Benefits Competitive salary and a solid career path to grow your professional experience that includes career development and training.
