This is a full-time, work-from-home position open exclusively to candidates who reside within the great state of Texas. Position Snapshot Job Title Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Claims & Network Operations Company careerzynith Location Remote – Texas residents only (commutable distance to Fort Worth, TX for quarterly onsite meetings preferred) Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Business Hours 800 AM – 500 PM CST, Monday through Friday Overtime Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required during open enrollment (October – February) Travel Quarterly in-person team meetings at careerzynith's Fort Worth office (300 Burnett Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76116) Training Several weeks of paid, structured on-the-job training provided What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be entrusted with handling sensitive healthcare information and ensuring that every record, claim, and provider detail is captured with precision. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following Operating data entry devices and systems to enter, update, and maintain a wide range of information across Claims Operations and Network Operations functions. Reviewing incoming documents and electronic records, accurately transcribing data fields into careerzynith's internal platforms. Verifying the integrity and completeness of data prior to submission, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues when appropriate. Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while completing routine and moderately complex tasks, often with minimal direct supervision. Following established procedures and applying sound judgment when work falls outside of standard guidelines. Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to meet daily, weekly, and monthly processing goals. Adhering to all careerzynith policies, including our Telecommuter Policy, Information Security Policy, and confidentiality standards. Participating in quarterly team meetings at the Fort Worth office to stay connected, share insights, and align on team priorities. Flexibility to support business needs during peak periods, including open enrollment season (October through February), which may include occasional overtime or weekend shifts. Required Qualifications To be considered for the Remote Senior Data Entry Specialist position with careerzynith, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Age Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience At least 1+ years of experience working in customer service or a related client-facing role. Technical Skills Demonstrated experience using computers and Windows-based PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex software systems quickly. Software Proficiency Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
