Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Lead Generation Associate to support our business development and sales initiatives. This position involves identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients across various sectors. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and generating high-quality leads to feed into the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target markets.

  • Generate, validate, and maintain a high-quality lead database using tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM systems.

  • Qualify leads through email outreach, social media messaging, or cold calling where necessary.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate lead tracking records, contact logs, and performance reports.

  • Identify new sources for lead generation and suggest innovative outreach methods.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to improve lead targeting.

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including number of leads generated, response rates, and qualified appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in lead research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and data entry.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online search tools, email marketing, and spreadsheets.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, telemarketing, or a similar role.

  • Experience in B2B or recruitment services preferred, but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong research and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Core hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (adjustable for global applicants).
