Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Event Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute high-impact online conferences, webinars, and virtual training sessions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating engaging virtual experiences. You will be at the forefront of delivering seamless events from concept to completion, working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a fully remote setup.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage virtual event strategies in alignment with business goals and client needs.

  • Plan and execute online events such as conferences, product launches, webinars, and workshops using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar platforms.

  • Liaise with internal departments, speakers, sponsors, and technical teams to ensure event success.

  • Create detailed event run sheets, checklists, and contingency plans.

  • Oversee attendee registration, engagement, and post-event feedback.

  • Coordinate event marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital team.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live events in real-time.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare post-event reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience organizing or managing online events or virtual conferences.
