Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Event Logistics Assistant to support the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of vendors, event scheduling, and backend logistics. You will work closely with the event planning team to manage timelines, liaise with service providers, and ensure all logistics run efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules and availability for vendors, speakers, and event participants.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date event calendars, timelines, and task trackers.
Liaise with third-party service providers including technical support, catering (for hybrid events), and event platforms.
Handle logistics related to digital tools, virtual venues, time zone planning, and resource distribution.
Track vendor agreements, monitor deliverables, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Assist with setup and testing of event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx.
