Job Overview:

As the Director of GSI Alliances, you will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of Neo4j's partnership roadmap with the world's leading Global Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, TCS, Wipro).

Your primary mission is to embed Neo4j's Graph Database & Analytics technology into the "Large Scale Transformation" practices of these firms. You will focus on driving high-value influence sell-to and and co-sell revenue by positioning Neo4j as the foundational layer for GSI offerings. This role requires a sophisticated navigator of GSI matrix organizations who can build deep relationships with Practice Leads, Partners, and Solution Architects and is enhanced through the over 1,700 current customers including 84% of the Fortune 100 including all of North America's top 20 banking institutions, 7/10 of the largest retail companies, 8/10 of the largest automotive and manufacturing companies, 7/10 of the largest Media & Telecommunications organizations, 8/10 largest Healthcare/ Insurance companies.

The position will report to the RVP of Channel & Alliances for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic GSI Orchestration: Develop and execute multi-year business plans with assigned GSIs, focusing on practice build-outs (Data & AI) and center-of-excellence (CoE) integration.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Generation: Drive sourced and influenced ARR through GSI-led digital transformation projects. Align with Neo4j field sales to ensure seamless co-selling execution.
  • Practice Development: Work with GSI technical and business leaders to create Neo4j-based "repeatable solutions" or industry-specific "IP" (e.g., Supply Chain Resilience or Anti-Money Laundering frameworks).
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with GSI Partners and Managing Directors to ensure Neo4j is top-of-mind for large-scale RFP responses.
  • Enablement & Evangelism: Lead large-scale training initiatives and certification drives within the GSI's developer and consultant communities to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Joint Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Partner Marketing to execute high-impact co-marketing activities, including executive roundtables and industry-specific webinars.
  • Governance: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track KPIs, pipeline health, and technical certification progress.
  • Internal Alignment: Serve as the GSI subject matter expert for Neo4j's internal sales and product teams, providing feedback on market trends and GSI-specific requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS degree required.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Alliances or Channel Sales, with at least 5 years specifically managing Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in the enterprise software space.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding $10M+ influenced/sourced revenue targets through GSI partners.
  • GSI Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the "GSI Business Model"—how they sell, how they are compensated, and how to navigate their internal hierarchies.
  • Subject Matter Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Data & AI ecosystem (Graph databases, GenAI, and Vector Search) is highly preferred.
  • Sales Rigor: Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and a history of building "Business Champions" within partner organizations.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional executive presence; ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to non-technical business leaders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to map GSI capabilities to Neo4j solutions to create high-margin services opportunities for the partner.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel (approx. 30-40%) to partner sites and industry events

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j's compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company's standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.

$230,000 - $270,000 USD
