Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote CRM Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent data management skills who can work independently and accurately within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our CRM system, ensuring high-quality information that supports sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, verify, and update customer information in the CRM system.

  • Maintain and organize CRM records in accordance with company data entry standards.

  • Perform regular audits of CRM data to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to gather, process, and validate customer data.

  • Generate routine reports and assist in data extraction for internal analysis when needed.

  • Identify areas for data quality improvement and assist in developing strategies to address them.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.

  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve any unclear or incomplete information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams.

  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling repetitive tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or CRM-related roles preferred.

Working Hours
