Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a proactive and personable Remote Client Engagement Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires a professional who excels at building relationships, maintaining consistent communication, and enhancing client satisfaction through prompt, reliable service. As part of our remote team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the client journey, supporting their goals, and ensuring ongoing success and engagement with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, support, and relationship management.

  • Schedule regular check-ins and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions, escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and product development to resolve client issues effectively.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve engagement strategies and service offerings.

  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and report on client engagement metrics.

  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions and follow up on open actions or pending issues.

  • Assist with onboarding of new clients and guide them through initial stages of service use.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Proficient with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).

  • Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years in client engagement, customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core availability required between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested during client launches or special events.

  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and client relationship development.

  • Ability to handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy.
