Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking passionate and dedicated Remote Childrens Online Tutors to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction to K-12 students across a virtual platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized 1-on-1 or small group virtual tutoring sessions aligned with K-12 academic standards.

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment that fosters student participation and success.

  • Develop or adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning styles.

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and student performance.

  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student goals, progress, and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize digital tools and interactive methods to enhance the learning experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and curriculum standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree in education).

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Comfort with using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar virtual teaching tools.

  • Ability to engage young learners and manage virtual classrooms effectively.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home setup conducive to teaching.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational mentorship (online or in-person).

  • Experience working with children in the K-12 age group is highly preferred.

  • Freshers with teaching internships or online mentoring experience are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule based on your availability and student demand.

  • Sessions may be scheduled during weekdays, weekends, or evenings depending on time zones.

  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week is preferred.
