Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing Ecommerce support team as Remote Chat Support Agents. In this customer-facing role, you will provide real-time assistance to online shoppers via live chat, addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating the Ecommerce platform

Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, tech, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues
