We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Recruiting Specialist with a strong specialization in Talent Sourcing. This individual will be a critical partner to our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional candidates to meet our current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the US talent landscape, a passion for finding top-tier talent, and a proven ability to deliver results. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager – This role will be based in Panama and role can be hybrid/remote. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and locations within the US, utilizing a variety of channels including: Advanced Boolean searching across job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), social media platforms, and niche industry forums.
  • Direct outreach and engagement with passive candidates through personalized and compelling communication.
  • Identifying and engaging with relevant talent communities and associations.
  • Exploring and utilizing emerging sourcing technologies, AI, and tools.
  • Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles within the US, anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, effectively communicating our company's employer value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements, target candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit against job requirements.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent sourcing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for our company, promoting our employer brand during candidate interactions and within the talent marketplace.
  • Utilize and maximize the effectiveness of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM tools, and other relevant sourcing technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years in talent sourcing or recruitment with a strong US market focus and proven expertise in developing and executing successful sourcing strategies across various roles and levels.
  • Knowledge in all sourcing components including qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively identify, engage, and build rapport with passive candidates through effective outreach.
  • Solid grasp of the importance of effective sourcing in achieving hiring goals, coupled with excellent knowledge of US talent trends, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a results-oriented approach and a track record of building strong candidate pipelines.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Positive attitude with a high sense of urgency, strong initiative to work proactively, critical thinking and a commitment to excellence.
  • Solid proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques, intermediate in MS Office including excel, comprehensive knowledge of ATS.
