Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as QA Testers for mobile apps and websites. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for identifying bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps in a variety of digital products. You will work alongside developers, designers, and project managers to ensure our software meets high standards of functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test web and mobile applications across various platforms and devices.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

  • Follow test cases and scripts provided by the QA Lead or Project Manager.

  • Provide clear and concise feedback on app/website functionality.

  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify unreported issues.

  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Assist in regression testing when updates or changes are implemented.

  • Participate in daily or weekly team meetings to discuss progress and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of how websites and mobile apps function.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to follow written instructions and test cases.
