Our Print Production Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of bank statements and client notices. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for rendering statements and preparing them for outbound mail processing.</p><p><br></p><p>Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities. Flexibility is essential, as work schedules may vary—particularly during peak periods.</p><p><br></p><p>The salary range for this position is $34,400- $39,520 and will be determined based on experience level.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Rendering bank statements and notices and preparing statements and notices for outbound mail in a high volume, time-sensitive environment.</li><li>Troubleshooting printing equipment errors and arraigning for outside maintenance calls if needed.</li><li>Performing quality control procedures.</li><li>May perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll need to have:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 6 months of experience in one or more of the following areas: assembly line, manufacturing, warehouse operations, mailroom, printing, bindery, banking, quality control, or other work experience.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift 20–50 pounds as needed.</li><li>Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Willingness to work onsite at our Allen, TX facility.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
