Description

Brisk Teaching is hiring a remote social media contractor to help manage its brand presence online.

The role combines content production, publishing, community engagement, and support for creator partnerships in a part-time contract setup.

The contractor will work closely with the brand and social lead, contribute during launches and campaigns, and use performance data and trend awareness to keep content timely and effective.

Responsibilities

▪ Create, write, and schedule content across the company's social channels

▪ Engage with the community regularly using the right tone for each platform

▪ Partner with the brand and social lead to carry out social strategy

▪ Support influencer initiatives by coordinating with creators and tracking deliverables and spend

▪ Develop campaign-related creative ideas, monitor results, and provide recommendations based on performance data

▪ Help cover launches, events, and other live moments in real time

Candidate Requirements

▪ 1–3 years of social media experience for a brand, creator, or organization

▪ Strong writing skills and creative judgment

▪ Experience managing a multi-platform content calendar

▪ Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or native platform tools

▪ Canva skills required; Figma, education-sector experience, and social-ready video or design skills are helpful
